How do I know my order has been placed and shipped?
An ‘Order Acknowledgment’ will be sent to the email address associated with your user profile once the order has been submitted via the Gatorade website. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a ‘Shipping Acknowledgement’ with your tracking information.
How can I check the status of my order?
The ‘Order Status’ feature on the Gatorade website allows you to search all orders by order number, date range, and Budget Account/Sub Account. Orders that ship via parcel service will display a real-time tracking link.
